We are seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine MD or DO who is available to assist during the month of January and possibly longer. Provider must be BC/BE, have current PA license, clean databank and no significant malpractice history.

Location: 2 hrs. to Pittsburgh, 2 hrs. to Cleveland, 2 hrs. to Buffalo, & 4 hrs. to Toronto. Town of approx. 5,000 with a service area of 25,000+

Monday - Thursday 8:30a-5:00pm

No hospital and No call

20-25 patients per day

Paper Charts

Three big payors are Medicare, BC/BS and Medicaid. Prefer someone who is already credentialed with these payors if possible.
