practice in '98. They provide Occupational

Med/Urgent Care is staffed by a Nurse

TRADITIONAL INPATIENT/OUTPATIENT MEDICINE OR
OUTPATIENT ONLY. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday with plans to expand
to a Saturday clinic. Anticipated volume is 25
to 30 patients a day. Clinic call is currently
1:6. Benefits include fifteen days of vacation;
standard holidays; life, dental, and vision
insurance; malpractice (if employed); and
optional 401(k). This physician would be
employed by the Clinic for the first two years.
The first year would include a guaranteed base
of $140K; the second year would include a base
with productivity bonus; and the third year
would be straight productivity with the option
to transition to partnership. CMMC will provide
financial assistance with the income guarantee,
overhead costs, relocation allowance, marketing,
etc.
